This February, we’re proud to celebrate Psychology Month 2026 with a series of public talks designed to inspire learning, spark meaningful conversations, and promote mental well-being across the Island.

Throughout the month, registered psychologists will be hosting free, in-person talks at local libraries. These sessions are open to the public and focus on practical, evidence-based insights into mental health, relationships, and child development.

Big Feelings, Little Hearts: Helping Kids Navigate Intense Emotions

Parenting isn’t easy—especially when big emotions are involved. This session offers practical strategies to help parents manage children’s intense emotions while encouraging positive behaviour.
