I am a Registered Psychologist with the PEI Psychologists Registration Board, and l’Ordre des Psychologues du Québec. I am a psychology professor with expertise in the assessment and treatment of mood and anxiety disorders in adults. In my private practice, I specialize in cognitive-behavior therapy for anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and body image. I work collaboratively with my clients to plan a treatment tailored to their unique goals, values, and difficulties.
