Dr. Reddin provides both therapy and assessment. She is affirming, accessible, intersectional, and passionate about finding the right balance of evidence-based techniques and personalized approaches for each client. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) approaches. She is currently learning Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Therapeutic Assessment. She is skilled in mental health, personality, and ADHD assessments for adults, and sees assessment as a therapeutic tool for improving insight and increasing and self-determination.
